POSITION | General Manager |
REPORTING TO | Managing Director |
AUTHORITY | 1. To make final decision on all matter related to the operation of company in the absent of managing director 2. To approve the disposition of non-conforming products in the absent of managing director |
KEY DUTIES | 1. To assist the Managing Director (MD) in formulating the company’s operation strategies through the systematic direction and control of processes that transform input into output. 2. To assist the MD in formulating the Critical Success Factor pertaining to: i. Sales and Overheads Expenses. 3. To assists the MD to mobilise the company’s resources, be it tangible or intangible assets to produce competence and yield competitive advantage to prepare and poised the company for export market. 4. To assists the MD to evaluate the company’s Vision, Mission, Goals, and Objectives. 5. To uphold the responsibility as the elected Management Representative for the Quality Management System. 6. To co-ordinate, develop and implement a Quality System that meets the requirements of ISO. 7. To ensure that the Quality System is implemented and maintained in accordance with its policies and objectives. 8. To report on the performance of the Quality System for review and as a basis for improvement of Quality System. 9. To ensure the promotion of awareness customer requirements throughout the company. 10. To liaise with external parties on matters relating to the Quality System. 11. To report to top management at the Management Review Meetings on the development, implementation, activities, achievements or adverse on the Quality System for Management Reviews and Decisions and to create awareness among all staff through out the company as basis for continual。 |

KEY DUTIES | 1. To implement, execute, monitor and control the company’s operation strategies through the systematic direction and control of processes that transform input into output as formulated by the top management. 2. To manage and lead all the Head of Department in achieving the company’s Vision, Mission, Goals, and Objectives. 3. To ensure, monitor and control the entire departments Key Performance Indicators (KPI) as stated in the Quality Management System are achieved. 4. To assist GM in achieving the stated Critical Success Factor are achieved through the mobilization of the company’s resources. 5. To prepare the company yearly Budgetary Control System (BCS) in ensuring the financial objectives are achieved. 6. To establish, implement and maintain the Quality Management System for the procedural requirements and to continually improve its effectiveness throughout the operational activities. 7. To stand as Assistance Management Representative in the absent of MR and shall conduct all the required duties and responsibilities of a MR. |

KEY DUTIES | 1. Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results. 2. Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. 3. Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans. 4. Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. 5. Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand. 6. Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; and following up on work results. 7. Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. 8. POSITION | Production Technician and Facility Maintenance |

KEY DUTIES | 1. To assist engineer to ensure the safety of machinery structure in production area 2. Ensure machine run smoothly with less downtime. 3. To assist engineer for production issue, troubleshooting and perform PM activity. 4. To complete and record the monthly maintenance checklist. 5. To take care of production plant such as leakage of pneumatic air and water, changing of the steam gasket and piping jobs 6. To repair the pumps such as changing the mechanical seal, lubrication, and greasing. Routine inspection on all machinery as per the schedule and non scheduled maintenance. Sustain machine in good condition and the uptime of the equipment meeting the operational goals of uptime, cost and yield. 7. Participate in start-ups and shut down activities. 8. To establish and implement preventive maintenance and calibration of equipment. 9.To train operators on equipment maintenance. 10. To maintence and ensure facilities in factory in good condition. |
